Welcome to 4 La Corniche, a comfortable four-level self-catering townhouse ideally located on Beach Road in the heart of central Gordon’s Bay. With the beach close by, lovely sea views and beautiful False Bay sunsets, the property is best suited to 6 adults and 2 teenage children looking for a relaxed family seaside holiday.

From the ground-floor entrance, stairs lead up to the main living level, where the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area creates an easy space for the family to spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, while a washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for added convenience. Large stackable doors open the living area onto a sea-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh coastal air, ocean views and spectacular sunsets. Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are provided, and there is also a guest toilet on this level.

Up another level are the three main bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys sea views and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and double basin. The two guest bedrooms share a family bathroom with both a bath and shower. Fans are available in some bedrooms, and a baby cot can be provided for infants on request.

The fourth bedroom is located separately on the ground floor at the rear of the property and is accessed via its own external entrance. It features a bunk bed, en-suite shower and gaming TV, making it particularly well suited to teenage children. Please note that there is no internal access between this bedroom and the main sleeping area.

One of the biggest attractions of 4 La Corniche is its excellent location. Situated on Beach Road in the heart of Gordon’s Bay, guests have easy access to the beach, shopping, coffee shops and a variety of local restaurants. Gordon’s Bay favourites such as Bikini Books and the Shell Shop are also close by, along with the harbour, beachfront and other village attractions.

The central location makes it easy to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Gordon’s Bay while also providing a convenient base for exploring the Clarence Drive coastal route, Helderberg region and Cape Winelands.

Please note that a once-off exit cleaning fee of R1,200 will be added to the final invoice.

Bookings of 14 nights or longer qualify for a complimentary weekly cleaning service and linen change, which will take place on the sixth or seventh day of your stay.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged during your stay with at least 48 hours’ notice at an additional cost.

Please also note that this is a four-level townhouse with stairs, and the separate fourth bedroom is externally accessed from the rear of the property.
