Flat9 is a fully equipped, self-catering apartment located on Beach Road, right in the heart of Gordons Bay. Situated directly opposite the main swimming beach, this beautifully appointed apartment offers the ideal base for a seaside holiday—whether you’re here for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay.

The modern kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare meals at your leisure. A comfortable dining area and cozy lounge complete the living space. - Balcony with Panoramic Views
Enjoy sweeping views of the entire main beach—from end to end—offering a bird’s-eye view of beachgoers, children playing, and daily seaside life. The balcony is equipped with both a gas and Weber BBQ, and a dining table that seats six—perfect for sunset dinners overlooking Table Mountain across the bay. - Comfort & Convenience
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning, with dedicated parking at the back of the building.
PLEASE NOTE: A one-time exit cleaning fee of R600 will be included in the final invoice. To qualify for our complimentary weekly cleaning and linen change, your booking must be for 14 days or more, and the service will occur on the 6th or 7th day of your stay.

Attractions abound with the winelands being a short step northward in Stellenbosch, whale watching towards the East in Hermanus and all the glitz and glamour of the mother city, Cape Town, a short jump to the South.
