Enjoy uninterrupted views directly over the harbour wall and False Bay, with the luxury yacht basin to your right and the sweeping curve of Gordon’s Bay to your left. This is a stay fully immersed in sea, scenery, and the raw character of coastal living. Here, you are surrounded by the dramatic energy of the ocean — waves crashing against the harbour wall, shifting winds sweeping across the rooftop, and busy seabirds filling the air.

Step out and explore the lively Harbour Island Marina, home to well-loved restaurants such as Bertie’s Moorings, Ocean Basket, Antonio’s and others—perfect for breakfasts, leisurely lunches, cocktails, and relaxed dinners.
The neighbouring Krystal Beach Hotel offers excellent facilities for day visitors, giving you plenty to enjoy without needing to drive anywhere.

This bright and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment includes:

- Fully equipped kitchen
- Living room with couches, dining table, a smart TV and Wi-Fi
- Washing machine for longer stays
Outdoor Living
The spacious balcony offers front-row views of the harbour and ocean activity. Due to the elevated location, the balcony can experience strong winds, but on calmer, sunny days it becomes an exceptional spot to relax. An umbrella is provided (weather permitting).
Watch yachts sway in their moorings, boats launch from the slipway below, and waves crash against the harbour wall. If you love the excitement of the sea, the charm of a working harbour, changing weather, fishing, boating, and dramatic ocean views, Harbour Place is the perfect escape.
PLEASE NOTE: A one-time exit cleaning fee of R800 will be included in the final invoice. To qualify for our complimentary weekly cleaning and linen change, your booking must be for 14 days or more, and the service will occur on the 6th or 7th day of your stay.
